The program is run by a group of volunteers and the team at Foresite Commercial Real Estate. It started as the company’s internal training program and has since expanded and spun off into the CRE Launch program available for anyone in the industry.

The lead team members running the program are Alex Tatem (atatem@foresitecre.com) and Bethany Babcock (bbabcock@foresitecre.com), both of whom can assist with any questions you may have. The program was designed for up-and-coming aspiring commercial real estate professionals. That can be seniors in college, graduate students and new agents and property managers. 

However, each year we have welcomed seasoned commercial real estate attorneys, lenders and other professionals that are seeking a big picture view of their role in the industry.

We encourage students to reach out to their employer about corporate sponsorship and have provided a sample tuition assistance letter below.

1. Sign Up / Login to our our online course platform, Commercial Resources.
   
   
2. Provide your contact details, resume, area of interest for the mentor match, and a strong cover letter that highlights your passion for CRE, your experience, and why you believe this program is the best fit for you.
   
   If you are applying for a scholarship, please be prepared to write a few paragraphs outlining your need for the scholarship and how it will support your growth in the commercial real estate industry in the scholarship section of the application.
   
   If your company is planning to cover your tuition, this can be indicated at the end of your application.
   
   
3. Please note that the application must be completed in one sitting, as your progress will not be saved if you need to return to the page later.
   
   
4. Applicants will receive an update in May once the cohorts for each campus have been selected.

Commercial Resources is the platform used by the CRE Launch Program to deliver online courses, modules, and tests, while also allowing students to submit assignments and research for personalized feedback.

Through Commercial Resources, the CRE Launch Program connects learners with our campuses across the nation and provides the flexibility for students to revisit lectures at their convenience. Students are encouraged to participate in live classroom sessions whenever possible to get the most out of their learning experience, but to accommodate busy schedules the platform ensures easy and flexible access to all course content.
