About the CRE Launch Program
CRE Launch is a 10-week commercial real estate training program designed to prepare students and early professionals for success. Created by Foresite Commercial Real Estate, the program attracts and retains high-quality talent through expert instruction, industry mentorship, and hands-on assignments that mirror real CRE transactions.
In-person lectures are held Monday and Thursday from 12-1pm CST supplemented by self-paced online modules. Students are matched with experienced mentors and gain access to 12 campus locations nationwide.
Schedule & Curriculum
The CRE Launch curriculum is designed to build commercial real estate knowledge progressively, beginning with industry fundamentals and advancing into property management, market analysis, leasing, financing, and investment underwriting.
Throughout the program, participants apply what they learn through real-world assignments, including lease abstraction, submarket research, financial analysis, and investment offering preparation. Each stage builds on previous lessons, helping students understand how different areas of commercial real estate connect and contribute to actual transactions.
